Privacy Policy — Rusty Pixels Go
Effective date: 28 August 2026
RustyPixels Go ("the app") is a pixel-art and animation editor published by Rusty. This policy explains how the app handles your information. In short: it doesn't collect any.
Information we collect
None. RustyPixels Go does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information or usage data. There are no user accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind.
Your content
Any artwork, projects (.rpix files), palettes, and images you create are saved locally on your device — in your Documents and Pictures folders. This content never leaves your device and is never sent to us or any third party. We have no access to it.
Network access
The app does not require an internet connection to function and does not send your data over the network. The Android INTERNET permission is present only as a standard part of the app's framework; the app does not use it to transmit your information.
Permissions
On Android 9 (API 28) and older, the app may request storage permission solely to save your project files to your device's Documents folder. On Android 10 and newer, no storage permission is needed. No permission is used to access, collect, or transmit personal data.
Children's privacy
The app does not collect any data from anyone, including children. It contains no ads and no external links or purchases.
Data deletion
Because the app collects no data, there is nothing held by us to delete. Your projects and exported images live only on your device — deleting them from your device removes them completely. Uninstalling the app removes its own storage along with it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date.
